Client Responsibilities

Fees and Payment

Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms for services are set out in your service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt. Growth Sync reserves the right to suspend services for accounts more than 30 days past due.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to deliver excellent results, marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and we cannot guarantee specific results, revenue, or return on investment.

Limitation of Liability
